Selling domain name to magazine

Hello,

A Popular Car Magazine (Dedicated to a make of car) owned by IPCMedia changed their name about half a year ago when rebranding.

They still have the old name as their domain name. I have managed to get hold of the new name which used to be registered and owned by another website for years.

I approached them and they have said they are interested in it and do I have a price in mind...

In this kind of situation what is the best way to play it? Should I get them to make an offer or hit them up with a price.

What kind of price would you put on the domain name? Its a short 2 worded .co.uk and is the exact name of the magazine. Gets alot of type in traffic obviously.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks,

Mat
