www.chellgrove.co.uk , 1year 6 month ago , now 1 castor damaged because of difficulty getting up/down, so sent them Email to buy one , had personal phone call over problem 2hours later, saying they will send replacement plus 1 spare .AT THEIR EXPENSE, thats how to win customers for life, their chairs are good quality and decent price, though could use better name for website,easy to miss bargains......zee
