Ebay's lack of copyright \ TM awareness is just downright scandelous. The volume of hooky \ pirated DVD's available has stopped me buying DVD's from there, it just isn't worth the risk of ending up with some dodgy Chinese pirate...
But wait, if you even sniff at Ebay's TM they come after you all guns blazing.
