A cracking domain on it's own merits but never been marketed and only traffic is really from type ins. We've whacked a site up but it's not been completed as we will complete to the buyers specification but it will included search database and static pages as well as branding as is there now etc.

Bite my hand off for £1000, no VAT but with full UK Invoice.

Home page and coming soon does not a website make.
I have over 300 similar overseas property domains (without hyphens) , so using your "formula" i can whack up a home page, promise a site afterwards(using a free program) and get £1000 for it, wait till i tell the wife that i am worth £300,000 just by doing that,lol

Er, no a homepage and 'coming soon' doesn't make a website but it does constitute more than a domain only sale. The sale is for a site, even if the entire site isn't viewable yet.

Who mentioned a 'free' program to create a website? I run a design agency, and hence that's the entire point you are missing - the design will be bespoke to the requirements of the purchaser!!

And first rule of business. Nevr tell the wife anything
