Hi Lee

Good luck with your venture

The only thing I would say, is that from this and many other forums, you can easily find very well contacted individuals that would sell domains on my (or anyone elses behalf) at 10% or at most 15%.

Therefore, I would have to ask whether you could seriously attract the additional value to the sale to ensure that I am not significantly out of pocket.

So for a 100k domain with one of a few brokers i know at 10% I would 'lose' 10k.

With you I would lose 30k meaning i walked away with 'only' 70k or I would be expecting you to be selling my domain at c. £130k (plus) to ensure I still get my c. £90k.

In this market I would say that 30k increase in value for the domain would be a very very tall order that's all.

Just a thought but coudl you not do 15% buyer and 15% seller fee?

As I said good luck
