Definatly worth more than that and you should definatly monetise it better.

Granted she isn't an a list celebrity, but she is all over the mens magazines and daily newspapers so she will definatly be getting lots of searches.

Does it get much traffic ?

her record company/management company could sue you (as in the Wayne Rooney case) for infringing her rights etc if they decide to push her on to the world in a big way

as a long term thing I doubt its got much legs, personally I think she is bloody irritating and lets face it doesn't really have any talent to speak of!
