For develop then flip purposes, I love marketinsider. That's got the most potential. Petiteclothing probably has the most reseller value undeveloped.

Many of the others could be flipped at a profit, but only mid-xx through high-1xx IMO, like the ones Yesterday mentioned and others like vitaminshops and nowplaying.

I have considered developing ISeeYou.co.uk as a CCTV site but I have just not had the time yet. As you can see from some of the domain names, I have an interest in Martial Arts and photography as well as domain names and IT.
