Perhaps if you'd given the info up-front, you'd have had different responses, maybe not different figures though.
You've obviously researched GB domains etc. I was giving my 'gut instinct' reaction to a request for appraisals.

I don't think you've taken offense, but don't 'not ask' again just because this didn't go as you expected / hoped. Again, I'm not necessarily talking about values.
There are a lot of people here who know a lot about domains and who can and do help. I know, because I've been helped a number of times!
