You're near the mark with this tool, so yes, some tweaking of the timing attribute[s] would be merited.

In this case:
*I only checked one name ["bbc.co.uk"]
*OVT traffic seems relatively light at the moment [few time-outs].

Without alteration, I'd expect that your script would result in near 100% time-outs at times when OVT gets a long hammering, which is for a week or more after the time of the new monthly results being uploaded.
