Sorry purg, for the novices here (like me) do you mean that for example:

eumembers.co.uk susp 26/07/2008

expires in +99 days from 26/07/2008 (around 07/11/2008 )
it was suspended 99 days prior to 26/07/2008, thus making it available to reg pretty soon
