The expert will not be required to write a full decision with reasoning in these cases, but only to certify that Rights and Abusive Registration have been made out by the Complainant.

Hi Grant, I totally understand what has been said by nominet, but what are the levels required to show rights?

From what I have heard, no one knows. If I change my name to Graeme Asda, does that mean I have rights? or do I have to have a business with the initials Asda? Because each of those I could achieve in doing in under 10 minutes with a few forms of the net.

We should have been told of what threshold rights have to be met for a handover to take place. Is it the same as a normal DRS?, because it doesn't sound like it to me.

It sounds like the evidence of a complainant is very low indeed,

I'm not trying to be disruptive or cause a crap storm but this should have been thought through as it looks like when it comes to the crunch and the first case comes in, nominet are going to be making it up as they go along.

Plus what are they going to do to me if I keep launching a DRS every week?

All the best
GW
