 Own name DRS ???
what if for example your name is Jason Steven Roberts and the owners of Jason.co.uk Steven.co.uk and Roberts.co.uk have different names can you place a DRS against them and win ?
Also what if a company called Roberts limited lost the name to you but they have legitimaly built up a reputable website over say the last 5 years, do you have to pay them for goodwilll due to their generated traffic and what if they have paid for advertising upfront, or does the new owner also get some free advertising ?
if so i have a stack of uk names i would like to claim !!!
I believe their should be an initial cost to stop foul play !!!
