I love the Bold as well. Mine needs me to firmware upgrade it as it's an early one and so unfortunately crashes, but I intend to get around to it this week. Prior to it I had a Nokia Communicator 9500 but I found that got incredibly slow and the BlackBerry Connect software is a poor relation to a true BlackBerry. I've also had a Curve and a 8700. I wouldn't have anything else but a BlackBerry because I find them incredibly reliable on the most part and the push email solution works, despite it costing more than the Microsoft equivalent. I always use my BlackBerry with a BES (enterprise) server rather than just with BIS because I demand

two way email sync plus calendar and contact sync. This costs more than BIS solutions but it doesn't have to cost fantastically more if you know what to do to cut costs. I once thought Nokia were the best manufacturer of phones but what with so many buggy N95 firmwares, and a slow 9500, I won't buy from them unless RIM screw up the BlackBerry.
