I've read the thread from start to finish and it is really interesting, something I did not have a clue that you could now do.
I am interested to know if Nominet has or will bring out a list of protective terms that a domain owner has as it is quite scary that some greedy idiots can file a claim against a name you own and possible get it easily.
In this day and age you would think this could be done via your Nominet control panel or via e-mail to ensure it is not lost in the post. It would also be nice for Nominet to reduce their carbon footprint and costs...and passing these onto domain owners.
