I meant I have reported the thief to ebay, and his auctions of my goods!!
I would be wary of taking paypal to court, as they state that intantigle goods and services are not protected under the sellers guarantee.
If only I knew of this scam before, I will only sell to trusted buyers or through a broker from now on.
