I appreciate what you are saying, but with the reduction in parking revenues, the general consensus is that website development is the way to go with any domains, not just .org.uk and .me.uk. With this shift away from parking domains, then are you not relying more on the quality of the keywords, rather than the domain type?

Therefore, is the gap between value of the .co.uk and other .uk domains decreasing, especially within the domaining community?

Yes, the gap will always exist due to type-in traffic being biased towards .co.uk and .com, but with more reliance on search engines, is this becoming less of an issue?
