Thanks for your Glowing Report!! however just to clarify on a couple of points. The articles in question were sent some 3 weeks ago as promised. I had not heard anything back so assumed everything was okay (as anyone would).
Out of the blue I was contacted to say 2 have not been received, I have therefore fully co-operated and stated that they would be resent. I still promise to do this without a problem at all. However I am not in the office this week and can only resent upon my return. Matt has therefore requested a refund which I feel is unfair as I have spent time completing the articles as requested, when I explained this I was immediately threatened that if i didnt refund by 3pm today he would leave such a comment that it would hinder my business.
I'm sorry but I think i'm being reasonable and doing everything I can to assist.
Out of all of my customers I have not had any issues and always work alongside my clients, often working overnight to get articles and updates completed if they are urgent.
