Non-selling seller at Sedo

Couple years back I won an action for domain on Sedo. Expected transaction to be smooth as usual, unfortunately seller decided he does not want to complete the transfer. Now that I came to my senses, I want to complete transaction ether way. Seller who is a member of this forum and provide services to some of you still doesn’t want to transfer ( sorry no names at this stage). I understand that we all make silly mistakes but contract is the contract.
Its pity that two domainers can’t complete simple transaction.
I sought legal advice and my solicitor tells me its relatively straight forward to enforce a contact, but at the moment I don’t want to take that route. Has anyone got similar experience?

Thanks
Max
