Thanks guys appreciate the advice. Would you not recommend an appraisal service, to get an approximate figure of the value, as everything else is very hard to decide on. Its worth a lot to me but what is a lot.... 4,5 or 6 figures. I think a ballpark figure surely helps to get an idea of where to start bidding?
