Presumably your existing lawyers have done an excellent job already in your favour based on the case history, so why exactly are you looking to secure the services of a (UK) domain lawyer when you have already won legal arguement (in the US it seems) for costs and the case has been 'stayed'? Where has the case been stayed? Also, how is your case a 'Nominet related dispute'?
