OK maybe I was being a bit hard on Sedo,
Just got an email from them saying Barnsleywindows.co.uk has been removed due to TM issues.
"Due to the famous nature of the trademark contained in the domain at issue, Sedo is forced to remove your domain from the domain marketplace and parking program at this time"
Firstly it's not on their nameservers so not big deal. It was in my old account but not parked with them.
Secondly; if this was a proactive attempt on their part to clean up the system, I can see how hard it's going to be to write the code to remove the TM's from their system.
Fair play and I apologise.
