Voluntary Code of Practice/Ethics suggestion

Admin

Posted this here as others feeback on it would help too...

As with all 'emerging' markets, their comes a time when a code of practice/ethics can come in handy to help generate an atmosphere of security and confidence in the said emerging field.

Not the best illustration but take 'estate agents' as an example...

What I'm thinking is like the trader rating but with an extra edge... Volutary of course but offering commitments from those involved with some kind of avitar designating voluntary code membership.

EG:

A 'price of a pint' size donation to AD verifies domainers ID and can help stop any potential scams.

A seven day rule to 'make good' on transfer form requests or down payments which helps speed up processes for all involved.

If acting as a end user buyer, owner seller or 'middle man' broker, that should be stated to protect all parties involved etc, etc...

Obviously others would need to input to get a form of structure BUT, I can only see something good to the benefit of all coming out of this...

Just an idea...
