I think the lyrics deal has made some people too paranoid re: the resale of domain names. Please remember the deal was domainer to domainer not to an end user, so its hardly suprising if a domain or site changes hands in the future. If anyone wants to protect themselves they can always work in a sell on clause into the contracts / agreements.
I have traded for about two years now with deals ranging from £x to £xx,xxx all based on trust really.
If there is a problem with a deal then either one of the people is untrustworthy or crap communication - ie. turn around times, payment dates and methods not stated from the outset and thus people are disappointed.
