Well we hoped the trader rating system would cover this.
We could set up a Domain Owners Club type thing but I'm not sure how we can vet people, I think just seeing them here every day is enough for most domainers to establish a relationship well enoughto do trades.
If the sale is of any value then you should use an Escrow service anyway, it doesnt cost that much.
We always welcome suggestions so if we can formulate something that makes sense, we would be happy to host it, although if its limited to just AD forum members its probably not worth the effort.
