There are estimated to be 50,000 - 200,000 of these coins... In the grand scheme of things thats not that many.

Consider how many businesses cash in their change every day... From huge supermarkets to small corner shops, if nobody checks the 20ps they will be cashed in at the bank and any of these coins found will then be taken out of circulation...
