Indeed so. Air-con is the key. I spend a lot of time in Asia in 35-degree heat but you can be sure that every room has air-con -- 4HP in the living room which makes you freeze... How about Riyadh? I spent some time there working and it was 45C. That's so hot that you don't realise it other than the fact that you need a pint of water for every 100 yards you walk, otherwise you die.
