I know I prob say this a lot but, domains will sell better and look more appealable to buyers with an indexed mini site on it.
If it's making a bit of rev then all the better.
If you want to sell then it's worth the little extra effort. That's my plan anyways over the next few months. Cut back dead wood and prune and water my roses!!
