It's showing the site as being centred for me on this computer, same on the laptop, see screenshot from this desktop showing it in the centre:

I use the free webshosting at
50Webs.com for all my sites, it lets you host as many domains as you want, but that does not include php and all the techy stuff some people need, I don't use anything other than html, so it's fine for me for free.
