Really poor quality audio clips with high compression. This for me meant that despite the gold that may be lying at the end of your recording rainbow, I just had to switch off. It simply didn't feel comfortable to listen to.

The drop down menu text should suit also suit that of its parent otherwise looks out of place / awkward.

Those flash videos do not load for me in Firefox 3.5, IE8 and using Adobe FP 10.
