Any large portfolio is made up of a large number of long tail domains which bring down the average price on a per-domain basis. If we removed all the domains which earned under 10$ a year from these portfolios, the number would be lower, but that is simply the set up of a lot of the larger portfolio deals.
The large majority of the deals we do are private, so I'm afraid we can't reveal any exact details of them. The fact of the matter is that none of the portfolios we have sold on this basis have been sold for less than the stated amount, so if you're interested in submitting your portfolio for sale on a monthly revenue basis, then you have nothing to lose.
