If he's been had over by the company and just causing bother then speak to nominet and if it all stacks up you won't have to touch drs.

If the company has been no problem and he's just being a pain in the backside then simply go to his address. Take his laptop and pc's and do the reg transfer yourself.

And seeing as it's Saturday. Kick his tv in so he can't watch x factor.

Not my best advice but I am sat outside tesco Bored waiting an age.

If he has his outlook password protected or uses online email password protected you may have to lean on his chest till he gives you password.

Which brings up a good point actually. How safe are your domain portfolios?

Mine isn't worth protecting but some of you guys have fortunes worth.
