Just a word of advice to anyone with a Moniker account.
Dont handle .uk TLD with them.
Every single action I take be it transferring in, changing DNS or any other admin task with them and a .uk domain is an absolute FAIL
I have to submit a ticket every time I want to do anything as their system throws up all sorts of error messages.
Bless their support...they are actually pretty decent and always answer and fix but for gods sakes..... .uk is a pretty big TLD...
Indeed some of the DNS settings in my account are totally incorrect.
I'm going to make a point at Domainfest in January 2010 in LA of bitching in person to anyone who'll give a damn.
Contemplating moving the lot over to Enom.
