I am not sure what the problem is with your setup, I have 100's of users all working fine. I have had several people contact me about the plugin not creating database tables but to my knowledge I have got all those people working.
As you will be aware, there are many different setups people may have, different versions of MySQL, PHP and wordpress all make a difference. I have covered everything I can with the plugin, if as I have found there are specific issues with some setups and we can put a finger on what the issue is I apply fixes to the plugin for its next release.
Paullas I have sent you messages asking you to contact me about your setup so I can get you up and running. Please do message me either on here or via email so I can help. I am not sure which user you are on my system so I can not contact you or find your issues unless you contact me first.
What I have said to all users is if you buy and can not get it working I will help out, if I can not get it working then I will of course refund your money.
In summary 100's of users and only 4 or 5 have had issues, I don't think that's bad! I have never had anyone I can not get up and running.
