Just found out this via the BANS forum:

If you use BANS with the EPN you need to turn OFF URL cloaking (in the setup screen) and modify some code:

It happened yesterday but Ebay didn't tell anyone. Your sites will work but when someone clicks on a product and the browser goes to ebay, a page not responding error appears
If you use PhpBay, there is a mod on their site for you to download.
Just thought I'd let anyone else who uses it know, gonna take me a while to apply the mod to my sites
