There are ways to lend/borrow monies and secure them against assets but in this case doubt the seller has them otherwise why not have done it themselves…? If it were a local authority involved, I'd be very surprised at them paying that sort of monies unless it was nigeria they always have monies to burn


But I do have something, that someone may want, that somebody may pay for it sometime, and I’ll let you have it at 80%

To those of you luckily enough to have been offered a share of a vast fortune by someone you have never heard of, meet or related too, who has sadly passed away, but luckily they have offered you a % of there wealth just to put the monies through your bank account, why not invest it before you get your share so your can have even more money when you windfall comes through....
