First, do some research on the buyer - is it an individual or an individual representing a company? Just type in the name of the person or the company on Google and you'll get an idea how serious, big or small the entity you're dealing with. Depending on the quality of your domain and the "financial capacity" or "stability" of your buyer, you can then state your price. Browse the forum for pricing trend/mechanisms and negotiation tips.
