Had a chat with a Pipex support worker who assured me he would personally take my problems straight to the desk of Colin Harris. He also assured me I'd get a call from 123 support soon. Haven't left my desk now for over a week in case it does happen.
Although it's bloody annoying... it's not causing me a serious problem so I think I'll put it down to the eu landrush and ride it out.
I have pulled all my 123 affy links and sent them elsewhere though.
