Sorry to hear that...I was speaking with an energy consultant a few weeks ago who is absolutely convinced that the biggest driver of house prices over the next 20 years will be whether they have large south facing roofs. Short term thinking by the government I'm afraid, but I suspect the decision will be reversed pretty quickly.
