Ignoring the fact that there's a site on this domain, please could someone give me an estimate of what they think a domain like this (http://www.ukhotel.com - the domain only) would be worth?

I do own/run this domain/website and am not looking to sell, but am interested in another domain which I think would be of similar worth, so just trying to get a feel on value...
