We've experienced low click amounts with Adsense too.
Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN) allows you to host Yahoo ads. At the moment, UK residents can only add these to their sites through a network called
OMG. When we switched from showing Adsense to YPN ones on a few of our sites the click amounts increased dramatically.
