Dont see any reason why that could be illegal. You are an affiliate of that site and are forwarding traffic to it through a legitimate domain that doesn't (by the looks of it) contravene any TM's.
I would suggest you think about posting links to adult sites in your sig though... think its against forum rules and admin might ask you to take them off (im sure someone will correct me if im wrong though
