I wasn't defending his actions I was trying to help you by explaining that B2B emails are not spam. Your first post gave no indication that it was sent to you on any other basis than B2B. Your signature shows that you operate a business. I simply pointed out that if you had received it as a business then he is not breaking UK spam laws.
I have reported your post to the admin and await a full apology from you for alleging I sent you spam. Failing this I will take further action.
