In my experience, the key to getting a .eu transfer done quickly is which registrar the buyer uses. There are many registrars out there, even a lot of the smaller mainland European ones, who have no idea what a trade request is. I remember a poor Dutch customer whose registrar slammed the phone down on him when he insisted that trade requests exist!
Nevertheless, if both parties act promptly and the buyer's registrar know what they are doing, .eu's go through pretty quickly - I've had plenty go through in a couple of days. I can't really post recommended registrars on the Forum, but please PM/e-mail me if you would like recommendations.

I don't need a recommended registrar, I have a buy who has taken just short of a month and still no trade request. Would it be prudent for sedo to ask the buyer if they are having problems?
