Thanks to all Acorn Members for attending tonight, it was a very enjoyable evening meeting some old friends and making some new.

Special thanks goes to Edwin of http://www.memorabledomains.co.uk/ and Ed at http://www.namedrive.com for helping with arrangements and funding for the event.

We had a sit down meal in a room basically to ourselves with about 35-40 people in attendance.

The room was buzzing with good conversations.

I look forward to the next one, see you all again soon.

I know this will sound a bit wild-eyed and gushy, but I'm totally and utterly blown away by having had the chance to meet so many UK domainers in one fell swoop - I've gone from knowing literally nobody in the industry a few days ago (f-to-f, I mean, not electronically) to so many I can't even begin to keep track of names and faces (and that's a hint to be gentle to me if I don't recognise you next time!)

Fantastic evening, all credit to Alan (Admin), Ed and of course the My Old Dutch venue as well - I think it turned to be a pretty darn good place to have a meeting, even if the mingling was a bit "hemmed in" by the long table...
