Remortgage Leads
Prime and Subprime

Prices :

Secured Loan Leads: 55 GBP
Remortgage Leads: 50 GBP

Hot Key Transfers :

For Secured Loan: 60 GBP
For Remortgage : 60 GBP

Every lead must meet all of the following:

At the point of lead generation the lead contact must be interested in speaking with a representative of the client
Minimum loan amount = �10000
Applicant must have a source of income
Applicant must be below 65 years of age
LTV should not exceed 90%
Not even a single lead is older than 12 hours on weekdays and 24-48 hours on weekends

I don't understand why you don't use established methods to sell these leads for values double what you are willing to sell for.

Are Remortgage leads split between Prime/Sub Prime? If so, how many SP Remortgage can you supply a day please? Also, any sample data would be useful.

Why do you think... Ask yourself Steve would you take them?

The only way I would take them is on a backend trial.

Like most of these brokers, the leads are no doubt generated from cold calling... The clients don't speak english..... The client is mis-represented due to the sales/call handling techniques.

At this price they are possibly worth a trial but personally my experience is steer clear unless they can be trialled for free, and even then the company need to work with the merchant to ensure as high a conversion as possible. Which most of these companies dont do.

My apologies to May if I am wrong but thus far you have not stated the site/s you generate leads from? Therfore I can only deduce that they are not online generated as you stated and they must be cold called via an indian call centre.
