Limit traffic by country
I have been asked by an affiliate program to limit showing their ads on one of my domains to US and UK traffic only, how do I do that?

GeoLite
Use free GeoLite version or purchase full GeoIP version for better accuracy.. for your task GeoLite is enough.. it might not recognize some AOL ip's and overall, maybe, 1% of results will be wrong, but then tell your affiliate manager to piss off ;)
