£300,000, invest £150,000 in other generic domain names the other £150,000 in development.

£300,000 for £60,000 with such high possible risk, no thanks.

I'm pretty sure based on the odds if you bought 300,000 lottery tickets you'd have 1:500 or something like that odds of winning the jackpot and pretty sure the odds of making more than 60k are significantly better than this idea.

How do the plan tickets provide anything more than the proof of a journey?

An offer is nothing without a firm contract in place - and in 12 months time even a contract can be worthless.

Love the Nigerian Airways pic by the way

No, the risk/reward ratio doesn't come close to making this an attractive punt.

There are ways to lend/borrow monies and secure them against assets but in this case doubt the seller has them otherwise why not have done it themselves…? If it were a local authority involved, I'd be very surprised at them paying that sort of monies unless it was nigeria they always have monies to burn

But I do have something, that someone may want, that somebody may pay for it sometime, and I’ll let you have it at 80%

To those of you luckily enough to have been offered a share of a vast fortune by someone you have never heard of, meet or related too, who has sadly passed away, but luckily they have offered you a % of there wealth just to put the monies through your bank account, why not invest it before you get your share so your can have even more money when you windfall comes through....
