Buying & Selling Websites

I'm building a small sales outlet for websites and one of the areas that will be key is the fields I choose for the seller to complete on a listing.

Would like opinions on the particulars you think are important for a buyer to see right there and then when looking at an advertisement or auction for a website? For example, income, sector, visitors stats, etc.

Thanks

P

Hello P,

I would want decent categorisation, so I don't have to spend ages sifting through lists of names on irrelevant topics.

I would only really trust any stats that are quoted if there is some pragmatic independent way to make me feel confident that they are genuine.

Some basic levels of filtering and sorting (eg length/extensions/hyphens) would be desirable too, but that would be up to your website rather than the vendor.

Regards,
David
