Smile Value My Online Business

Curious to know what people think about a business I've been running for close to 12 months;

The website is within the transport industry and generates gross revenue of £1500 - £1750 per month minus £100 - £500 for advertising (depending on what I'm up too - sometimes I do offline marketing).

In addition to this, another £100 - £300 PROFIT is earned from online sales of airport runs.

The website generates revenue by promoting a local telephone number, which I own.

There is a six month rolling contract and I've recently been offered double the money to move to another company, which I am considering.

Without doing any marketing the revenue would stay the same as the local telephone number has been stored by repeat customers. The website is #1 for multiple terms and gets 3000 to 4000 uniques a month.

So, without going into the specifics of the exact site and who the contract is with etc etc I'm wondering if someone would like to put a value on it?

p.s I also own other relevant names as a way of stopping competitors as best as I can.

Thanks in advance to any comments.

ChrisMM is on a distinguished road

You're be better positioned to make a valuation than anyone here, those figures are all over the place.

How many hours a month do you spend running it all? Are you the business or is it free standing and easily transferable?

Freestanding and just now the only work I do is forwarding e-mails as I like to check each and every one.

Not sure on value mate - guess a multiple you would be happy with.

Surely the firms you are selling the leads onto would be the best people to judge value, then it's a matter of deciding if that matches your expectation.
