Maybe a way to stop underhand tactics being used to grab all the glory is for all the contestants to agree that if they win they will give a 400 word account of what they did.

This will

• be informative to us losers
• help keep them honest; and
• stimulate further entertaining debate.

Other than that no further rules.

Although we could ban people who can sing while cooking or write books while driving a Formula 1 car....I may not have followed that part all that well...

I think it should go ahead, forget the rules, compete for fun. When the games begin we can try and break away into various fractions in accordance with the relevancy of the sites.

I think it should simply be: domain with no history and you aren't allowed to have backlinks from your other websites until the new year.
